Delivery
How long is the delivery time?
Our goal is to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse will process it on the following business day. Then, it will be picked, packed, and dispatched. Your parcel should arrive 5-7 business days from the date of your order.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over $65. For orders below $65, a standard shipping fee of $5.99 applies. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee, which can be selected during checkout. International shipping rates vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. All delivery options and their respective costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. Refunds
What is your refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, and they will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
How will I be refunded?
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue the refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Do I need to pay for my return?
Yes, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
